antalya
Old harbour lanes, Roman remains and Mediterranean beaches.
- Best time
- April–June and September–October are warm and good for sightseeing, and the sea is warm enough to swim from late May. July–August is very hot and packed; winter is mild but rainy.
- How long
- 3–4 days
- Getting there
- Fly with one stop via Istanbul, about 14–16 hours all in. The airport is about 30 minutes from the old town. Turkey is 5 hours behind KL all year.

Antalya is a big resort city on the Turkish Riviera, with an old walled harbour quarter at its heart. Mix beach days with the Roman ruins scattered along the coast.
