A small river town on the lower Rajang, known across Sarawak for its sweet pineapples. The waterfront has a giant pineapple statue, the market is full of local fruit, and it makes an easy stop between Kuching and Sibu.

Good to know

  • There isn't a whole day's worth to do, so pair it with a night in Sibu.

Last checked October 2026. Things change, so check opening times, fees and transport before you go.
