Things to do
Good to know
- Narathiwat province across the river has long-running unrest, and several governments advise against non-essential travel there. Check Wisma Putra's latest advice before crossing to Sungai Kolok.
- Kelantan's weekend is Friday and Saturday, and many shops close for Friday prayers.
- Dress modestly. Kelantan is a conservative state.
