PD is the nearest proper beach to KL, a string of beaches and resorts running south along the Negeri Sembilan coast. The water isn't the clearest, but it's an easy weekend: a hotel by the sea, some water sports and seafood dinners.

Good to know
- Jellyfish turn up at times. Ask locally or look for signs before swimming.
- The water is generally better further south, towards Cape Rachado.
