The green mansion on Church Street was built in the late 1800s for Chung Keng Quee, a Hakka tin magnate who made his fortune in Larut, Perak. Today it's a museum of how wealthy Straits Chinese families lived, with thousands of antiques, the long tok panjang dining table and the family's ancestral temple next door.
