Waterfall-hopping jungle trails a short drive from Miri.
- Best time
- Any time of year. The waterfalls are fullest after rain, but trails get muddy in the wettest months, around November to February. Weekends are busy at Latak.

- Fly from KL to Miri, about 2 hours 15 minutes. The park is about 30 minutes' drive south of Miri on the road to Bintulu.

A small national park about half an hour south of Miri, covered in some of the most species-rich forest on earth. Locals come for the waterfalls and their swimming pools, while keen hikers head for the summit of Bukit Lambir.

Good to know
- Register at park HQ and be out of the forest by late afternoon.
- Trails sometimes close after floods. Ask at HQ which ones are open.
- Bring swimwear and a change of clothes.
