Places to visit in Poland

Poland here is three cities: Kraków for its huge medieval square, Wawel's hilltop courtyards and cafés in Kazimierz, Warsaw for a rebuilt old town and museums of its wartime and Jewish history, and Gdańsk for colourful merchant houses and Baltic beaches. From KL it's one stop, usually via Istanbul.
