Norway is fjords in summer and the Arctic in winter: Bergen for wooden wharf lanes and boats into the fjords, Geiranger for waterfalls and hairpin roads, and Tromsø and Lofoten for northern lights, snowy outings and red fishing cabins under sharp peaks. Oslo is an easy first stop for fjord islands and waterfront museums. From KL it's one stop, usually via Amsterdam.
