Bukit Cina is a hill of more than 12,000 Chinese graves on the edge of Melaka's old town, some dating to the Ming dynasty. It's said to be the largest Chinese cemetery outside China, and it's also where Melaka goes for its morning walk, on paths that loop between the tombs.

Good to know
- It's a working cemetery. Keep to the paths, don't step on the graves, and don't photograph families at prayer.
- Bring water and a hat; the upper paths are open to the sun.
