Places to visit in Mauritius

Mauritius is an Indian Ocean beach break: Grand Baie for boat trips, swimming beaches and street food in the north, and Le Morne for its mountain above a turquoise lagoon and steady winds for kitesurfing. Rodrigues, a short flight away, is the quieter outer island for coastal walks and Creole meals. Air Mauritius flies direct from KL in about seven hours.
